Ivan's main academic interest is neuro inspired AI, he is writing his dissertation on mathematical consciousness science. In the past Ivan has also served as the President at Merton College Mathematics Society. At the Oxford AI Society, Ivan is leading a number of initiatives to foster collaboration between students, researchers and industry professionals bringing an interdisciplinary perspective to the field of AI.
